BV Construction LLC provides professional tile installation in Auburn and throughout South King County and the Eastside. We install shower tile, bathroom tile, floors, backsplashes, fireplaces, and large-format tile with proper preparation, waterproofing, and layout planning from the start.
Tile work is judged in two places: the layout you notice immediately, and the substrate you never see. We handle both. Wall tile, floor tile and mosaic accents installed with the layout planned before the first cut, so full tiles land where the eye goes and cuts land where they belong. Bathroom tile also has to coordinate with waterproofing, transitions and fixture placement — which is why we prefer to handle the whole room rather than tile around someone else's work.

Walls have to be plumb, the pan has to slope consistently, and the waterproofing underneath has to be continuous before a single tile is set. We build niches and benches into the layout instead of squeezing them in afterward.

The substrate decides the outcome: we flatten, re-fasten and use the correct membrane or backer for the assembly so the finished floor does not crack, sound hollow or telegraph seams.

It needs a flat plane, the right trowel and full mortar coverage, plus back-buttering and leveling clips on bigger formats. We plan for that in the scope rather than discovering it mid-install.
