Issaquah, Washington
BV Construction LLC is based in Auburn, WA and serves homeowners in Issaquah and across the Eastside. Our work in Issaquah includes a completed bathroom remodeling project with shower, waterproofing, tile and finish work.
Full bathroom remodels handled by one owner-led crew. Depending on the scope we agree on, the work can include demolition, substrate and floor preparation, waterproofing, tile, flooring and finish installation. Each layout is planned around the room we actually find rather than a template.
More on Bathroom Remodeling →Tiled showers built from the studs out — shower pan preparation, waterproofing and shower tile, with niches or benches where they are part of the design. Tub-to-shower conversion is one project type we can walk through during the estimate.
More on Shower Remodeling →About tub-to-shower conversions →Porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and large-format tile installed over substrate we have prepared ourselves. Large-format tile makes substrate preparation, layout and appropriate coverage especially important, so we build that work into the scope rather than discovering it later.

Before new flooring is installed, the existing floor and substrate are evaluated so the preparation can match the requirements of the selected flooring system — whether that is tile, LVP or another assembly.
More on Floor Tile & Flooring →Backsplash tile laid out around outlets, ranges and cabinet lines, with precise cuts and even grout joints.
More on Kitchen Backsplash →Tile and grout are the finished surface of a shower, while the waterproofing assembly behind and beneath them helps protect the surrounding structure from repeated water exposure. We install continuous, bonded waterproofing across walls, pan, curb and niche before tile is set.
More on Shower Waterproofing →Electric radiant floor heating can be incorporated beneath compatible tile assemblies as part of a bathroom or flooring project. The selected system is installed and checked according to its requirements, with electrical scope coordinated as required.
More on Heated Floors →BV Construction LLC is based in Auburn, WA and serves Issaquah as part of our Eastside service area — we do not have an Issaquah office. Our Issaquah experience includes a completed bathroom remodeling project, shown with real photos on this page and in our projects section.
A real bathroom remodeling project completed by BV Construction LLC in Issaquah, WA. The scope covered the bathroom remodel itself — preparation, shower waterproofing, tile and finish installation. The photos below are from that project, taken as the bathroom was left at the end of the work.
Floor and wall surfaces were prepared before any tile went in, so the substrate matched what the finished assemblies required.
The shower pan and surrounding walls were waterproofed as a continuous assembly before tile was set.
Shower and bathroom floor tile were installed with the layout planned around the shower, niche and vanity wall.
The completed room includes the tiled shower, tile floor and installed vanity and sinks shown in the photos below.
Photos of finished work are in our project gallery.
